While the arrival of Android 14 isn’t today, it looks like Google has rolled out the September Android update for its Pixel phones and device line-up. Here is the latest Pixel update as September security patch for Pixel 4a 5G by Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel Fold.

For those who don’t have any beta update running, you should start getting this update as early as today, September 18th. For those enrolled in the Android beta program, keep an eye out for Android 14 QPR1 beta 1 soon, Google said. Should appear this week. We may not see it until the official Android 14 release, when the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are announced in early October.

And out of that, the rest of the September Pixel Update details are as follows.

September Google Pixel update bug fixes

Google doesn’t list any specific changes or bug fixes for this month, only noting that the update “includes security patches for Pixel users.”

Again, Google should start pushing these updates over-the-air (Settings>System>System Update) soon, but if you don’t want to wait for Google and update manually, you can find each factory image or OTA file here . Links below. For instructions on how to flash the factory image, you can go here. For instructions on how to flash the OTA .zip file, you should refer to this.
