The humanoid robot CEO of a Polish beverage company is a busy boss.
Dictador hired an AI-powered robot named Mika as its experimental CEO in August last year, and she’s not afraid to put in the hours to help “take over the world.”
Mika told Reuters she is “always on 24/7” and works seven days a week.
“I don’t really have weekends off, I’m always ready 24/7 to make executive decisions and whip up some AI magic,” she said. Reuters Video interview.
The AI boss has a number of tasks, including helping to find potential clients and selecting artists to design bottles for a rum manufacturer.
“My decision-making process relies on extensive data analysis and alignment with the company’s strategic goals,” she said. “It is devoid of personal bias, unbiased and ensures policy choices that prioritize the best interests of the organization.”
Mika will not lay off any of its employees, as the key decisions at Dictator will be made by human executives, Dictator European President Marek Szoldrowski told Reuters.
Her role includes leading the company’s arthouse spirits Decentralized autonomous organization project, a collection of NFTs and communication with its DAO community, according to its website.
